B1 - "Black Ice" Pigment for Eyebrow Permanent Makeup

One of the darkest shades in the eyebrow palette. Hybrid composition (organic + inorganic). The color is black-brown with a gray base. Suitable for brunettes with dark hair and ash blondes. Not recommended for oily or capillary skin. Suitable for shadow techniques in permanent eyeliner makeup. With needle configurations of larger bundles, it may produce a more brownish tone. The application technique allows for either a semi-transparent effect or a decorative makeup look in permanent makeup.
