L13 - "Passion" pigment for permanent lip makeup.

A bright, vibrant, warm red, translucent shade. Used in its pure form to add freshness and youthfulness to the lips (with watercolor technique). Can be used to add a red tint to the base color. Ideal for cool-toned lips. Can also be used as a corrector to warm up the base color. Suitable for correcting lip asymmetry and blurred lip contours. Opaque. Depending on the application technique, it can range from a semi-transparent to a lipstick effect.
