Tinel pigments L7 "Chili" (10ml)

L7 - "Chili" pigment for permanent lip makeup.

The deepest ruby red shade. For cool-toned lips, it is recommended to use the C7 "Flame" corrector or the L4 "Coral Paradise" pigment. Ideal for covering previous work. Depending on the application technique, it can create a semi-transparent to lipstick-like effect.
