C2 - "Khaki" pigment for permanent makeup. Eyebrow corrector.

Green-yellow base. Recommended for adding to the main color when covering previous work with red, pink, or orange tones, and also used for capillary-rich, red skin as a neutralizer. Can also be used for permanent eyeliner to create bright accents in shading techniques.
