«FLASH TINT» direct eyebrow tinting system features an innovative formula with direct dyes and care components. The tint provides a fast and easy colouring process, creating a rich and even colour result.
The product is suitable for eyebrow tinting after lamination and lightening procedures, and also provides effective skin toning. The formula contains a complex based on hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and collagen, as well as amino acids and argan oil to help moisturise, nourish and protect the skin and hairs.
The tint does not require an oxidizing emulsion and does not disturb the natural eyebrow pH during the procedure.

How to use
Cleanse the hairs and skin before tinting. Define the desired eyebrow shape. Apply the tint to the eyebrows according to the created shape and leave for 1–15 minutes, depending on the desired result. After the exposure time, remove the tint with a cotton pad moistened with water.
If the tint goes beyond the desired shape, remove it immediately with a cotton swab moistened with water or toner remover. To fix the result, apply ÉLAN COLOUR FIX to the eyebrows.
A patch test must be performed 48 hours before the procedure. Do not use for eyelash tinting. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
