Refectocil Blonde Brow Bleaching Paste is used to Lighten the eyebrows and/or prepare them for another color (ex: Red, Chestnut or Brown) IMPORTANT instructions for use: Mix RefectoCil Blonde Brow Bleaching Paste exclusively with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% CREME (NOT LIQUID).
    
CAUTION: DO NOT mix Blonde Brow Bleaching Paste with any of the RefectoCil colors. After Bleaching brows will be porous and grab the color very fast!!!
