Bronsun Oxidant 3% Milk Cream

The BRONSUN Milk Cream Developer is a specially developed oxidant, designed to create the most consistent colour while using Bronsun Lash and Brow Dye Tints.  Creamy consistency creates the perfect consistency for tinting eyebrows and eyelashes with ease.  

Developer is to be used only with Bronsun Gel Tints, in the ratio of 50:50.
