How to use:

1. Mix the oxidant with the CLEAR TONE lightening cream in a 1:1 ratio until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
2. Apply to clean, dry brows and leave on according to the recommended processing time.
3. Once the processing time is complete, remove the excess product with a dry or damp cotton pad.
