«FLASH TINT» direct eyebrow tinting system provides a fast and easy tinting process, creating a rich and even colour result.
The tint is suitable after eyebrow lamination and lightening procedures, as well as for effective skin toning. The formula contains amino acids, argan oil, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and collagen to help moisturise, nourish and protect the skin and hairs.
The product does not require an oxidizing emulsion and does not disturb the natural eyebrow pH during the procedure.

How to use
Cleanse the hairs and skin before tinting. Define the desired eyebrow shape. Apply the tint to the eyebrows according to the created shape and leave for 1–15 minutes, depending on the desired result. After the exposure time, remove the tint with a cotton pad moistened with water.
If the tint goes beyond the desired shape, remove it immediately with a cotton swab moistened with water or toner remover. To fix the result, apply ÉLAN COLOUR FIX to the eyebrows.
A patch test must be performed 48 hours before the procedure. Do not use for eyelash tinting. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
