Perma Blend Bold Brown is a neutral, dark value with an orange base. Perfect for your clients looking for a bolder, stronger look. Results in a flat dark brown with no warmth. This ultra-concentrated formula will cover old faded orange, green & red PMU. Suitable for clients with beige, caramel, dark brown & olive skin tones, Fitzpatrick 3-5. It can also be used on fairer skin tones with experience.

This PMU Pigment set has been exclusively developed by Tina Davies to keep color selection simple and straightforward with a range of colors to suit all of your clients in 7 pre-mixed light-to-dark colors.

The ingredients are a combination of pigments, glycerin, witch hazel, isopropyl alcohol, aqua, rosin, and DMDM hydantoin. Pigments are gamma ray sterilized, vegan and also cruelty-free.
